Excellent service, affordable price, clean and recent car. Very well located at Casablanca airport.We had to change vehicles, we contacted them late and we got a response quickly. They accommodated us quickly.We highly recommend.

Good morningI share my experience with this car rental agency...honestly I've been doing business with them for a while and honestly the service is always impeccable..the cars are new and above all clean..the communication is impeccable and a mention special for Bouchra the owner and her husband Hicham who are there to give you incomparable quality service and above all they meet your needs even late in the evening outside working hours and even on weekends....very special mention ausdi for Abdellah who works with great rigor and above all very professional....I highly recommend this family agency where you are appreciated at your true value or the service is incomparable with other agencies...

I was promised a new Hyundai Tucson in good condition. As the car arrived it had many damages outside and was very dirty from inside. The tires were completely run down and one tire had a puncture which I had to repair. About one hour after I started my trip the whole car started shaking from an engine failure. After reporting the failure to Mrs. Bouchra, the manager she only replied that the car is in good condition and doesn't need servicing and did not do anything more. Upon returning the car the guy at the airport claimed there was a scratch on the body which was not there before and wanted 700dh. I told him I was not aware of any accident and that the car has an engine problem which I reported to the manger (who again did not answer my phone calls or messages) and therefore I don't want to pay anything more. In the end I paid 500dh after long discussion with the police. All together it was a fraudulent deal and I would not recommend to ever rent a car at this agency.

If you want a comfortable reliable car, don't rent from Mayassine. Our car was far from new, as many reviews mention. The customer service was lacking. Our car was a 2021 Renault Clio that had over 100,000 kms on it. It needed servicing, new brakes and we had to replace the windshield wiper blades so that we could actually see out the front when it rained! To top it all off, they were 2hrs late for drop off and delivered the car to us with fumes for gas. The excuse being that the airport road was under construction. For pick up, they were also several hours late and.told us that the train was late, however their ticket was stamped with purchase time of 5pm which was the time they should have been in Tangers. Perhaps the timing issues wouldn't have bothered us so much, except that we communicated many times on WhatsApp with them confirming both the drop off and pick up times and locations. The rates were reasonable, but that's where it ended for us as a service provider.

Car ended up getting a flat tire, the spare tire was no good and the lights didn’t work unless you hit them. The airbag “off” light went on halfway though our rental. They do not take service their cars well. We will not be renting from them again.
